Jason Dial - Founder and CEO

Jason is known as an innovator and award-winning brand builder. After graduating from the Wharton School of Business, Jason worked for Procter & Gamble for nearly 20 years, transforming businesses like Eukanuba / Iams Veterinary business and Old Spice when it was still “OLD” into the iconic brand it is today. He also created two of the largest most
successful commercial innovations in company history with the P&G | Olympics and
P&G | NFL platforms and was named “Forty under 40” by Sports Business Journal.

After P&G, Jason became the first Chief Marketing Officer of the Tampa Bay
Buccaneers where he re-invigorated the brand and commercial business with award
winning marketing, re-imaged game day experience, and world class customer service.  Jason led the Bucs from one of the worst performing NFL brands on
all 4 Key Performance Indicators into one of the best, including #1 in customer service. Jason was then recruited to become CEO of Circuit of the Americas, where he transformed both the commercial and operational sides of that business in 12 months, being named “Rookie CEO of the Year” for the state of Texas.

Jason is excited to return to his passion for animals, as the founder and CEO of
VitaLola after discovering Dr. Wagner’s amazing innovation that helped Lola, his English
Mastiff, in her battle with an aggressive skin cancer. Jason is committed to making this
revolutionary technology widely available to animals and their loving parents as we look
to “Accelerate the Healing in Those We Love!”
